Targeted specialty treatment for stubborn orange stains that ordinary pressure washing cannot remove. Every estimate starts with the property, the surface, and the result you want.
A specialty-stain example—not a promise for every surface.
These original RB before-and-after photos show orange staining around a wall vent and the siding after treatment. The stain source and surface matter; a different stain may respond differently. We discuss realistic expectations before quoting treatment.
The RB approach
The right process for the surface.
Specialty stains are reviewed by stain type and surface because ordinary pressure washing alone may not be the right approach. The estimate determines whether a targeted treatment fits the property.
Surfaces and scope
Appropriate exterior surfaces affected by rust, irrigation, or red-clay discoloration.

Straight answers before you hire
What should you know before choosing rust & clay removal?
Rust, red clay, irrigation marks, and battery-acid staining are not interchangeable. The stain source, surface, location, and realistic outcome should be discussed before treatment.

Stain type, affected material, area size, height, access, severity, and location.
Starting prices are minimum project prices. Your written estimate confirms the exact scope and total.02
How this property is protected
Treatment isolated to the stain
RB evaluates the stained material and nearby finishes before choosing a treatment. Belongings are moved, foliage is wetted, and adjacent outlets, locks, wood doors, cameras, TVs, and openings are protected when relevant.
Photos help document the starting condition, height, stain pattern, and surrounding materials—especially for garage and battery-acid staining.03
Results and follow-up
Expectations before treatment
Some specialty stains respond better than others depending on their source, age, and the affected surface. RB explains the recommended approach and realistic expectations before the customer approves the work.
A missed included area is covered by the satisfaction guarantee, but complete stain removal and a fixed-term warranty are not promised for every surface.
Payment options: Cash, check, credit card, Cash App, and Venmo are accepted. Credit-card payments include a 3% processing fee. Financing is not currently offered.

These answers cover pricing, risks, process, and fit. Have a property-specific question? Call, text, or include it with your estimate request.
01
Is rust and clay removal the same as ordinary pressure washing?
No. These stubborn orange stains may require a targeted specialty treatment selected around the stain and the affected surface.
02
What does rust and clay removal cost?
Projects start at RB Pressure Washing’s $275 minimum. Final pricing depends on the stained area, surface, height, access, stain source, severity, and whether it involves rust, red clay, irrigation staining, or battery acid.
03
Which stains can I ask about?
You can request an assessment for rust, irrigation staining, Georgia red-clay discoloration, and battery-acid staining on appropriate exterior surfaces.
04
Can every orange or red stain be completely removed?
Not every stain or surface responds the same way. RB first identifies the likely stain and affected material, then explains the recommended treatment and realistic expectations before work begins.
05
Should I send photos with my request?
Yes. Photos can help show the stain, affected surface, height, and surrounding area so RB Pressure Washing can recommend the next step.
